WE HAVE BEEN VERY BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH AN AWESOME CLIENTELE WHO CONTINUE TO AMAZE US EVERYDAY WITH THIER LOVE AND SUPPROT. WE ALSO SEND A SPECIAL THANK YOU ALL WHO HAVE WORKED TIRELESSLY BEHIND THE SCENES TO HELP MAKE BONNYS' A HUGE SUCCESS.....
People always ask "Who is Bonny Blair?" Well in history there are several famous people by that name but the most famous to our family are actually consisting of two very special people. "Bonny" is the nickname of our oldest daughter Cailee, given to her by her maternal grandmother who would sing the Irish song "my bonny lies over the ocean" which she always smiled and laughed when she heard it. "Blair" comes form our youngest daughter Kendall's middle name. After trying to decied on the name of the pub and literally trying out about 60+ names; we decided on Bonny Blair's to honor the two greatest treasures in our life.
So what is Bonny Blair's and what makes it Irish? thats a question many have asked and the answer lies within the walls of the pub. When you first come in you are greeted with warm, friendly faces of owners, employees and friends who make our pub a home away from home. The pub has always been a place in a community where friends and locals gather to talk politics, shop, or just genuinely shoot the bull....a place to enjoy a pint of Guinness, a Porter style brewed in Little Rock, AR, or one of our finest American selections for St. Louis to Milwalkee, and all tastes inbetween...grab a bite to eat and simply relax after a hard day doing whatever you do! Friends gather to catch up with one another or make new friends with other new and regular faces. we may not be the most traditional Irish pub around but we are very Irish in spirit with a taste of the Deep South in the mix.
So take the time to stop in and see what the people of the Reservoir area are buzzing about. A neighborhood place to call thier own...see ya there soon.
EXPANSION NEWS....
Alot of people visiting the pub have asked when will we be expanding the pub. The answer to that is that the process has already started. We are in the process of securing the ajoining space to add a non-smoking dinning room as well as double our current seating capacity. We will continue to keep you posted...........
